This is an opportunity to connect with community, dance simple but fun movement, have a class lead a professional dancer/teacher, all while improving physical and mental health.

Acerca del evento
We begin slow with gentle movement to "wake up" the body and spine. We focus on being present, breathing and moving in a way that keeps the body safe from injury. I'll give you feedback as needed. If you have a chronic injury, please let me know and I'll adjust the movement for safety. Cardio with dance movement. Different rhythms practiced - so fun! Light stretching and cool down. Parents are welcomed to bring their kids to play in the school yard or even to join our class (safety first, so speak to your kids about safety while playing. No childcare provided on my end, sorry!).
